Chief Instructor: Wayne Rutherford
Background:
MAS-F (Martial Arts School of Fitness) has been in operation for over eight years. It was set up by chief instructor Wayne Rutherford to give the people of the North East access to world class martial arts training. Since then the school has gone from strength to strength.
A few years ago the school moved into new facilities in Distillery lane. As a result, Dundalk has one of Ireland’s top martial arts studios. Many foreign martial artists who have trained at MAS-F have commented on the high quality equipment and facilities at the studio.
The driving force behind MAS-F is chief instructor Wayne Rutherford. Wayne is a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Kickboxing and a 1st Dan Black Belt in Wado Ryu Karate, a NESTA MMA Certified conditioning coach, Womma World Champion, National kickboxing champion, National Weapons Champion, national forms champion and national self defence champion and he has over 20 years of martial arts experience. He also is a coach for the Irish National kickboxing Team and an executive board member of kickboxing Ireland. But most of all he is dedicated to your success.
He has been the chief instructor at MAS-F for the last eight years. He is proud of helping hundreds of people improve their lives through martial arts.
