Here are a selection of classes we offer. Not sure which martial art is best for you then just contact us and we will match you with a martial art that you will truly enjoy.

We have Women only cardio kickboxing classes that take part in the morning. These classes are great for getting in shape and toning up. So, ladies come on down and lose weight, tone up and look fantastic.

We also offer classes in other forms of martial arts that women can attend. Here is a selection:

  1. This class is a great platform for women who want to get fit through martial arts, its a mixture of cardio and kickboxing where not only you get fit and in shape but also learn self defense skills.
    I suggest this class to any woman who wants to get fit and wants to be able to defend themselves. :) .
    And it really builds up your confidence, as you realise that you can do more than you thought possible!
