  1. Thai boxing at Mas-f is a great way to improve fitness, striking skills and conditioning. A typical class includes warm ups (jumping jacks or skipping, lots of sit ups, push ups). After that we move on to pad work. On this section of the class the focus is on improving your combinations using punches, shin kicks, elbows and knees. Its tough and you’ll really work up a sweat.
    I’m currently training for my first Muay Thai in Galway this coming November, I am really looking forward to the training and putting the knowledge i’ve learnt to the test.
    Class times are Monday 8pm-9pm and Wednesday 8pm-9pm. Classes are open to all, those who want to fight and those who want improve their fitness.
