Styles and basic class info

Wee Warriors=We teach kids respect, self confidence, improve their focus and more all in a fun and save environment with highly qualified instructors   

Kick Starts= Our focus with this group is on making them champions in life using our personal achievement academy program. We teach them fitness is fun. They will also learn respect, self discipline, determination, to have positive attitude, how to defend themselves. 

Kickboxing=This is a fun high energy class, working on fitness, self defence and competition training. This class is taught by a Irish national Kickboxing coaches and an kickboxing national governing body execitive board member.    

MMA=Mixed martial arts just like you have seen in the UFC. Learn all the best moves from all the martial arts styles and combat sports such as boxing, grappling, wrestling, kickboxing, Brazilian jujitsu and Thai boxing.   

Thai Boxing= Learn how to use your knees, elbows, feet and hands to devastating effect. This class is taught by fully qualified Thai boxing instructors who have travelled and train in Thai Land.  

Kung Fu=This is a soft style martial arts with it origins in china, Soft not meaning weak but fluid. This style is graceful but very powerful. These class that will help you increase your speed your reflexes and self defence skills. The instructor for this class has just recently come back from china where he lived and trained with the shaolin monks.  

Hosin Hapkido=This is a strong traditional style with its back ground in Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido. This style is very powerful and great for self defence. The instructor for this class is also a boxing and Tae Kwon Do instructor and has had the achievement of training one of his student all the way to the Olympics level where he competed for his country.    

XMA=Extreme martial arts-You will learn martial arts movie moves as well as high Jump Kicks, basic and intermediate Gymnastic, as well as Dynamic Forms and acrobatics.                                                                          

Sparring classes= Putting together all you have learned during the week in this high energy class. You must be graded or invited to attain this class. Spar gear supplied for beginners.  

Martial Arts Weapons Class= You will be taught by Ireland first and still current National forms and weapons coach. You will learn the best moves around in a variety of weapons. Nunchuck, Kama, Bo Staff and Sword. You must be graded or invited to attain this class. 

Warrior workout/Barry’s Boot Camp= High energy, dynamic, one hour, strength and conditioning class. If you are looking to get in shape then this is the workout for you. You will have guaranteed results.
