Here at Mas-F we offer classes for all levels and we also have family friendly classes.
We have specialized classes for adults, teens, children and families.
Mas-F classes are the perfect combination of martial arts, self-defense, fitness boot camp intensity, flexibility and metabolic conditioning. Many people train with us for fitness only some to earn the coveted blackbelt and others like competing in various martial arts competitions. Either way, you will have a fantastic time training at our facility with our highly qualified coaches.

Fitness

Martial arts can be hugely beneficial. Firstly, if you want to get into shape, tone your body or lose weight, martial arts is one of the best ways to do this. At Mas-F our training is designed to be fun while being extremely effective. Our training is never boring and we go out of our way to make it as interesting as possible. Everyone who comes down to our club for the first time really enjoys the workout and the friendly atmosphere. This the key ingredient to maintaining a workout regime. Unfortunately, most people who join traditional gyms find it boring and after about two weeks of training find it difficult to stay motivated.


Children Classes

Teaching kids how to stay safe is essential in this day and age. At Mas-F we have our 4yrs to 6yr “Wee Warriors” programme which goes beyond just punching and kicking. Kids learn how to avoid dangerous situations. They learn stranger danger, fire safety, drug awareness and first aid along with self-confidence that really improves your child’s ability to cope with life’s challenges. We also focus on fitness, balance, coordination and flexibility.
For our 7yrs to 12yrs we are excited to introduce you to our special character development program for all of the students. It is called the Personal Achievement Academy. The following missions are the key to helping the students develop positive life changing success habits. Leadership skills, character development, knowledge is power and how to be martial arts athlete. Each month is a different topic broke down into weekly challenges.


Self-Defence

One major benefit of training in martial arts (whichever discipline) is that you will feel confident that you will be able to defend yourself if put in that situation. One day, this could save your life. We at Mas-F can give you the skills to protect yourself from attackers. This is just as important for men who are also victims of muggings and random attacks and being prepared with knowledge can make you feel well equipped to protect yourself and/or your family.
We offer specific self defence and personal development courses for schools and groups. In today's society this is really important for your personal protection and development.


Competitions

We are very proud of how our MAS-F athletes perform in competitions. We train martial artists for competitions in several disciplines such as Kickboxing- Point Sparring-Light contact-Full Contact-Weapons-Forms-Brazilian Ju Jitsu and MMA. If you would like to take up a form of martial art as a sport or for fitness then MAS-F is the perfect place to learn.
